what does the recruitment process look like?

1. Phone Interview

When we have a selection of the most qualified candidates. We will conduct a phone interview to do a preliminary screening of prospects.

2. Assessment

This involves conducting interviews, tests, simulations or other methods to evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, personality and fit for the role and the organization.

3. Interview

If the candidates passed the prior step’s assessments. We will conduct interviews with the management and HR teams to establish the candidate’s cultural fit.

4. Offer
